Job Duties & Responsibilities:Overall ownership of CNC Production.Provide leadership and coaching to subordinates for sustainability and compliance.Manage production capacity and ensure On Time Delivery.Develop and implement system that optimize all phases of production processes.Improve process capability and productivity while maintaining/improving quality standards.Prepare training procedure/process checklist to guide machinists on CNC process.Monitor Machine Efficiency, Utilization and Downtime.Collaborate with Design, QA & QTF Dept to continuously improve Technical Competency, Yield Rate, Process LT and DFM.Provide costing on all parts to PE & Finance department.Ensure compliance with Work Instruction, Operational Safety and Quality Management System.Job Requirements:Diploma/Degree in Manufacturing/Industrial Automation engineering or equivalent.Minimum 12 years of CNC manufacturing/Precision Engineering experience is a must with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Preferable with process engineering & project management experience.Customer and service oriented with good technical problem solving skills.Self-motivated and aggressive in meeting dead line.Good communication and presentation skills.Previous experience in a high-mix-low-volume manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
