Job Duties & Responsibilities:Perform setup for FA projects (non-standard design).Edit program/adjust process sequence.Create Jig Clamp/Fixture.Create rework program and handle part rework process.Perform basic troubleshooting activities (review NC program/data etc.)Verify in process critical dimensions and fine tuning.Perform daily and regular cleaning and maintenance task on CNC machinery.Job Requirements:SPM, STPM, Certificate/ Diploma in Precision Machining Technology, Engineering or equivalent.Minimum 2 years related working experience in a manufacturing environment.Computer literate in MS Office Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.Able to handle CNC Drilling/Milling, Lathe, Cutting, Grinding, Measurement Tools.Understand machine math, basic drawing and Geometric Dimension and Tolerance (GD&T).
