The LV Chargeman is responsible for driving maintenance programs (including routine inspection, corrective and preventive activities) with a focus on system reliability, with the application of Best Practices and wide range of engineering principles and practices to:. Implement mandatory routine inspections in conformance to Standard OperatingProcedures and reliability governance.. Support emergency (unscheduled) repairs or troubleshooting of facilities equipment, and close monitoring on facilities system performance, critical parameters and loading.. Facilitate and administer Testing and Commissioning, and other experimental simulations.. Interface directly with clients to identify and analyze critical needs, define problems, and develop specifications to guide the solution process.. Facilitate reliability improvement projects focused on new technology development, evaluation, and application to both existing and emerging risks.. Implement risk assessment which identifies operational risks including occupational health and safety, fire safety and essential services and environmental.. Drive initiatives and strategies that lead to cost savings and service improvement.. Support initiatives and strategies for energy conservation with feasibility assessment, cost, optimization, and engineering analyses.. Ensure feedback from client are recorded and action taken to the satisfaction of the end user. Lead by example in achieving maximum client satisfaction level..
