Job Description

  • Transfer & Release New product into Manufacturing relates to Test
  • Working with NPI/Program manager/QC/QAto establish the Test Process indicator triggering limit for new product.
  • Interface with support team - NPI Sputter Engineering/ NPI Non-Sputter
  • Monitor, Sustain & Improve New Product yield.
  • Monitor and analyze all test related issue for new product.
  • Transfer New Test Process specifically for NPI into Manufacturing.
  • Coordinating daily Test NPI activities.
  • Attend test FMEA meeting
  • Support HDD request relates to optimization between media test and drive
  • Media quality improvement to avoid posttest failure for NPI qualification sample to HDD
Qualifications
  • BS degree of Engineering
PREFERRED:
  • With knowledgeon electronic or physic engineering.
SKILLS:
  • Problem solving skill
  • Basic Statistical knowledge
  • Basic Data analytic skill
  • Communication and Time management
  • Supervisory and basic leadership skill
