  • Installation: Setting up UPS systems and associated equipment according to specifications.
  • Maintenance: Performing regular inspections and preventive maintenance on UPS systems to ensure they are functioning correctly.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving issues with UPS systems, including identifying faults and making necessary repairs.
  • Testing: Conducting tests on UPS systems to verify performance and reliability.
  • Documentation: Keeping detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and tests conducted.
  • Customer Service: Interacting with clients to provide technical support, answer questions, and explain UPS system functionalities.
  • Compliance: Ensuring all work adheres to industry standards and safety regulations.
Required skills and Experience:
  • Candidate must possess a minimum Diploma in Engineering discipline, with considerable hands-on working experience in facilities engineering.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
  • background in electrical engineering or a related field is often preferred.
  • Able to work independently, possess integrity and a right sense of urgency to meet deadlines, including work irregular hours and occasional travel if any urgent support.
  • Interpersonal skills with a strong client focus.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
