What this job involves:

  • Performing SIPP / PTP Review & Approval for JLL activities
  • Performing EHS Training Management for JLL & Contractors (high demand)
  • Performing EHS Regulatory Review
  • Performing JLL JHA Review
  • Performing EHS Self-Assessment, Regular SMBWA/ EHS Line Walk
  • Performing to ensure sustaining evacuation map (E-maps) is up to date
  • Performing EHS SOP Review
  • Manage OH calibration Equipment
  • Performing Monthly AED visual inspection
  • Site construction/project supervision/inspection
  • Safety related training to JLL/vendor
  • Weekly Scheduled Waste Storage Inspection
  • Monthly Waste Data Report Collection from vendor
  • Maintain and update monthly solid waste inventory,validation and verify solid waste data report priorsubmittingtosmartsheet and Intel Site Environment
  • Maintain and update weekly scheduled waste inventory (Production & Construction)
  • Update and maintain IntelWdeskfor Weekly Scheduled WasteInventory
  • Managed Scheduled Waste documentation prior approval from custom
    • Medical Waste shipment, KA, SPM, Rinchem
    • Scheduled waste shipment - document submission & approval to Custom and onsite arrangement with DOE approved Scheduled Waste Vendor (ISM, DCTI,Custom)
  • Update storm drain layout, updated checklist to Intel Environment
  • Weekly Wastewater monitoring
  • Validate/verify wastewater sampling result/report prior submitting to Intel Site Environment piror submitting to IntelWdeskMonthly Wastewaterresult/report
  • Yearly air emission monitoring (genset/chimney)
  • SPOC on current/new alignment with customer (PG/KM/PSG) related to environmental matters
  • Environment related training to JLL employee and vendor
  • Prepared on demand quotation, POR related to environmental request from BU and CS i.e liquid waste collection, trolley, waste disposal (non-routine), etc.
  • Assisting construction waste management disposal from mini project, sustaining facilities
  • Performing routine linewalk and monitoring for good catch, EHS inspection and reliability walk
  • Performing compliance task i.e lead in drinking water monitoring, air emissions monitoring for chimney and genset, wastewater sampling, storm drain sampling
  • Supporting BAC Ticket closure for EHS related
Qualifications and Education Requirements.Diploma or Degree in Environmental, Health and Safety/Engineering or any relevant studies..1 to 2 years of working experience in related field.Familiar with Malaysian related Guideline and Legislation (i.e OSHA 2022, DOE, FMA and etc).Competent Safety & Health Officer (registered with DOSH) will be advantage.. Competent CepSwam registered with DOE..
