A. PurposeThis position is to assist Training Manager to develop training strategy, long term training plan; manage the training quality assurance; ensure functions for management cycle of the approved training program, i.e. PDCA (Plan, Do, Check and Action) at the execution level. This position is a cross function in NSRP to coordinate among all NSRP?s divisions/departments in terms of training strategy, training delivery, training quality and competence assurance.B. ResponsibilityThe Senior Training Strategy & Competency Leader is responsible to: ? Design, develop and implement overall training strategies for all Divisions/Departments.? Lead the training needs assessment and quality of training delivery.? Assist Training Manager, in reviewing and assessing all Training Programs and Training Seminars presented to the Company by third parties as well as internal training.? Establish, maintain and upgrade a Data Base for all Positions within the Companies and provide Management with recommendations of personnel who are qualified for advancement or to attend Seminars.? Prepare Bi-Annual and Annual Reports on Training Activities including details of long term training plans.? Review/develop Training Policies and Procedures in line with the industry best practices.? Provide periodic reports on the status of technical and non-technical workforce competencies and individual development plans to the Training Manager.? Monitor training projects activities.? Assure the Quality of the Training and Competence Assurance Process.? Design, develop and operate the Competence Assurance System for all positions in Company.? Perform other tasks as assigned by Training Manager.
