A. RequirementsEducational Level : University Graduated Work Experience : - Experience required minimum 10 years in of Quality Assurance at oil Refinery and/or Petrochemical Plants in operation phase with more than 5 years experiences as maintenance Engineer. Experience in troubleshooting during start-up and operation phase.- BSc. of in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrument or equivelent Skills : - Familiarity with petrochemical industry and their equipment, industry specific QA/QC standard (ASTM, ASME, ACI, UPC, AWS, etc.), systems, ISO 9001 - High level management skills for project coordination. - English skills IELTS 7.0 or higher. B. ResponsibilityQA Lead is responsible for the following tasks:- Be responsible for checking the registration condition of record and report sheet of all activities, setting up the necessary KPI for each important milestone, and monitoring / tracking the progress.- Be in charge of summarizing all KPIs which will be corrected by each responsible department or discipline and identifying the potential risks or other area of concerns and emphasizing these to the relevant members at the meeting with proper prioritization.- Report the above progress and status to Maintenance Manager- Be assigned as support team members of Maintenance Manager and particularly on overall QA monitoring matters.- Take responsibilities for activities related to quality assurance of products and process as well as Inspection and audit- Supervises QA Engineer and QA Inspector to implement tasks related to QA- Set up KPI for QA Engineers and QA Inspectors, follow up and assess their work performance to make sure that KPI is completed.- Perform other tasks assigned by Maintenance Manager.
