A. Requirements? A bachelor?s degree in Chemical/Petrochemical or equivalent? Min 10 years experiences in petroleum / petrochemical plant or Refinery ? Excellent Knowledge of laboratory safety, procedures and practices including ISO quality management system, standard precautions and hazardous chemical handling.? Considerable Knowledge of laboratory equipment, instrumentation procedures and terminology quality analyzers, gas chromatographs, sampling equipment and measurement devices would be an asset? Deep knowledge in international standards and codes for petroleum products. Skills : ? Thorough experience in petroleum quality analytics and analyzing equipment.? Experience in judgement of analysis data.? Strong decision-making abilities under pressure and innovative to generate new ideas.? Report writing and presentation skills? English skills IELTS 6.0 or equivalent? Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and OutlookB. Responsibility? Contributor to the development of Company Product Quality and Measurement strategy? Monitor worldwide best practices concepts regarding laboratory methodology & techniques, laboratory equipment and advise to improve the test methods and/or test accuracy to meet the new requirement if needed. ? Judge whether the analysis data conform to the quality specification of each product. ? Complete product quality data reviews and validation processes;? Verify compositional data to ensure correct data for accounting activities;? Monitor online quality analyzers and lab data for potential off-spec quality;? Maintain quality trending data base;? Initiate inquiries into quality data issues; and? Maintain quality workflows and processes.? Conduct QHSE Analysis, and report to Management on improvement and focus area.
