A. PurposeThe Asset management manager assists the Technical Division Manager in his responsibilities for operations through process engineering including catalysts, refinery project and inspection, and is deeply involved in fostering world-class health, safety and environmental activities.B. ResponsibilityAsset Management Manager is responsible for successful implementation related to catalysts, refinery project and inspection of followings:1. Review and realign, if necessary, the Engineering Section organization chart and resources (budget, manpower, equipment) in order to have effective coordination and implementation of engineering activities and matters as follows.(1) Grasp, investigate instruct the operational technology and the process performance of production facilities in the refinery.(2) Inspect, maintain the integrity of static and stationary equipment of production facilities.(3) Plan and manage the new and/or revamping projects.2. Review and/or revise policies, standards/ procedures to achieve high performance.3. Guide, direct and motivate subordinates including the setting of performance standards and assessing training needs in association with the Human Resources Department.4. Provide an efficient integrated auditing system aimed at ensuring adherence to company policy, as well as to continuously identify possible system and performance improvements.5. Set departmental objectives, policies and strategic procedures and programs.6. Manage plant modifications and capital expenditures as required to improve operation efficiency.7. Manage the section budget and has oversight over the budget control process.8. Other reasonable responsibilities assigned by the Management Board
