Key Responsibilities:Input into and refine plan for design research finalizing key research questions, tools, and protocols and ensuring adherence with all relevant standards for sensitive work with vulnerable populations, including through training local community researchers/enumeratorsLead initial discovery process, conducting in depth user and expert interviews to gain insights and general understanding of status quo and existing barriers in collaboration with researchers from the affected community. Ability to receive input and to take critique positively to improve program design.English fluency required, proficiency in Arabic preferredAbility to TravelMultiple trips for field research in Jordan required (minimum of 2 trips of 3 weeks each), full time presence in Jordan preferred.
