Job PurposeThe Warehouse Helper is responsible for assisting with the daily activities of the warehouse, including receiving, loading, unloading, arranging, packing, and moving materials and products. The employee must maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the warehouse.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in loading and unloading goods, materials, and products.Receive incoming materials and assist in checking quantities and condition.Arrange and store materials in the correct warehouse locations.Pick and prepare materials/products according to orders or instructions.Pack, label, and move finished products as required.Assist warehouse staff with stock counting and inventory checking.Keep warehouse areas, shelves, and storage locations clean and organized.Handle materials carefully to prevent damage or loss.Follow proper safety procedures while handling goods and equipment.Assist with moving materials between the warehouse, production area, and loading area.Report damaged, missing, or incorrect materials to the supervisor.Assist with loading goods into delivery vehicles when required.Follow instructions given by the Warehouse Supervisor or Manager.Maintain good housekeeping and ensure walkways are kept clear.Perform any other warehouse-related duties assigned by management.RequirementsPrevious warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory.Physically fit and able to lift and move materials.Ability to work as part of a team.Basic understanding of warehouse operations.Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.Good communication skills.Willingness to work flexible hours or overtime when required.
