About the RoleLeopard Travel Agency is seeking a motivated, customer-focused, and sales-driven Travel Consultant to join our growing team in Umm Al Quwain. The ideal candidate will have 1?3 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry and possess hands-on experience with Amadeus GDS and other airline, hotel, and travel booking systems.If you are passionate about travel, enjoy helping customers plan memorable journeys, and have a strong ability to convert inquiries into bookings, we would like to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries and provide professional travel consultation.Book domestic and international airline tickets using Amadeus GDS and other booking platforms.Create customized holiday and travel packages based on clients' preferences and budgets.Coordinate hotel reservations, tours, transfers, and other travel services.Assist clients with visa applications and travel documentation.Prepare accurate quotations and travel itineraries.Follow up with leads and customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve assigned sales targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.Stay updated on airline fares, travel regulations, visa requirements, and tourism products.Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel.SkillsRequirements1?3 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.Hands-on experience with Amadeus GDS is mandatory.Experience using airline, hotel, and travel booking platforms.Strong knowledge of airline ticketing, holiday packages, hotel bookings, and visa processing.Proven ability to generate sales and convert customer inquiries into bookings.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Fluent in English and Arabic (both spoken and written).Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and a customer-first approach.Preferred CandidatesCurrently residing in the UAE.Indian or Egyptian nationals are preferred.Immediate joiners will have an advantage.Compensation & BenefitsSalary: AED 2,500?3,000 (All-Inclusive)Attractive performance-based sales commission.Opportunity to grow within a dynamic and expanding travel agency.
