We're hiring a Senior Accountant to take ownership of our group finance function.About the RoleA hands-on Senior Accountant to own the financial backbone of our group ? books, costing, banking, consolidation, and audit ? and become the right hand of the owner.This is a build role, not a maintain role. You will design systems, implement controls, and advise leadership directly.What You'll OwnCore deliverables ? Year 1? Monthly close in 10 working days across all group entities? Product-level gross profit analysis delivered every month? Multi-entity consolidation under IFRS across multiple currencies? Bank relationship management ? facility reviews, covenant tracking, refinancing? Statutory audit interface ? UAE Corporate Tax + financial audit? Costing system rollout ? absorption costing, variance reporting, cost-center tracking? Cash flow forecasting ? 13-week rolling forecast plus annual plan? ERP migration support ? own the chart of accounts, evaluate next-generation ERP optionsDaily / weekly responsibilities? Manage AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations? Review supplier and customer aging; escalate where needed? Approve and post journals with appropriate controls? Monitor inventory valuation (RM, WIP, FG) under IAS 2? Track variances ? material price, labor efficiency, overhead spending?
