HH Metal by Home Harmony is an aluminium and glass facade fabricator based in Umm Al Quwain, delivering curtain wall, windows, doors, cladding and skylight packages across the UAE. We are looking for a Senior Estimator to own the pricing of our tender submissions end to end, from enquiry receipt through to awarded contract. You will work directly with the commercial team, sit close to the factory floor, and have real influence on which projects we chase and at what margin.Key responsibilities:Review tender documents, architectural drawings, BOQs and specifications to establish the full scope of aluminium and glass works.Prepare accurate material take-offs for curtain wall, windows, doors, cladding, skylights, railings and associated metalwork.Price aluminium profiles, glass, hardware, accessories, powder coating and anodising, fabrication labour, installation and site logistics.Obtain and negotiate quotations from aluminium system suppliers, glass processors, hardware vendors and subcontractors.Build and maintain the estimation cost database, keeping rates current against live market pricing.Prepare commercial and technical submissions, clarifications and qualifications for tender packages.Support value engineering to bring proposals within client budget without eroding margin.Price variations and change orders on awarded projects.Attend pre and post tender meetings with clients, consultants and main contractors.Hand over awarded jobs to the projects and production teams with a full cost breakdown.What we offer: Salary AED 8,000 to 12,000 per month depending on experience, employment visa, medical insurance and benefits as per UAE Labour Law, direct exposure to senior management and a real say in tender strategy, and a growing order book across residential, commercial and villa facade projects in the UAE.Working hours: Monday to Saturday, factory based in Umm Al Quwain.How to apply: Apply directly through Bayt.com. You can also learn more about our completed facade projects and capabilities at hhmetal.ae.SkillsMinimum 7 years estimation experience with an aluminium and glass facade contractor or fabricator, UAE or GCC.Proven track record pricing curtain wall (stick and unitised), windows, doors and cladding packages.Strong knowledge of aluminium systems such as Alumil, Technal, Schuco or Reynaers, plus glass specifications and IGU build-ups.Confident reading architectural, structural and shop drawings.Advanced Excel and AutoCAD. Bluebeam, Planswift or similar take-off software is an advantage.Solid understanding of UAE construction market rates, aluminium pricing and local supply chain.Bachelor degree or diploma in Civil, Mechanical or Architectural Engineering preferred.Strong English. Arabic is an advantage.UAE residence visa holders and candidates available at short notice will be prioritised.
