We are looking for a Travel Consultant to join our travel agency in Umm Al Quwain. The candidate should have experience in flight bookings, holiday packages, customer service, and UAE visa processing.Responsibilities include:? Handling flight reservations, ticket issuance, reissuance, and cancellations using Amadeus? Assisting clients with holiday packages, hotels, tours, and travel insurance? Processing UAE visit visas and travel documentation? Responding to customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media? Achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service? Coordinating with airlines, hotels, and travel suppliers? Maintaining accurate booking and client recordsRequirements:? Previous UAE travel agency experience preferred? Knowledge of Amadeus reservation system? Strong communication and sales skills? Immediate joining preferred?
