Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC plans, procedures, and inspection test plans (ITPs).
Conduct site inspections and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
Maintain documentation related to material approvals, inspection reports, method statements, and quality records.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors regarding quality issues and inspection schedules.
Perform internal audits and participate in external audits as required. Identify non-conformities, issue NCRs, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure that all materials used on site are as per approved specifications and submittals.
Review and approve subcontractors' quality documentation, including test reports and material compliance.
Support the site team in technical and quality-related matters.
