Epoxy Floor Coating Supervisor

Project Leadership & Execution:

Lead and manage floor coating projects from start to finish.

Read and interpret project specifications, blueprints, and technical data sheets.

Conduct site evaluations and prepare substrates (concrete assessment, moisture testing).

Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, manpower, and material requirements.

Team Management & Training:

Direct, supervise, and motivate a crew of applicators and helpers.

Delegate tasks and ensure work is performed to company and industry standards.

Train and mentor crew members on proper techniques, safety protocols, and equipment use.

Conduct daily safety meetings (toolbox talks)

Quality Control & Client Relations:

Perform rigorous quality control checks at every project stage.

Ensure flawless finish and complete customer satisfaction.

Act as the primary on-site contact for clients, addressing questions and concerns professionally.

Complete final walk-throughs with clients and obtain signoffs.

Operational Duties:

Manage inventory, order materials, and coordinate equipment and material logistics.

Operate and maintain all application equipment (sprayers, grinders, scarifiers, vacuums).

Enforce strict adherence to safety, environmental, and OSHA regulations.

Complete daily project reports, timecards, and documentation accurately.
