Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the in-house development team for the company?s e-commerce app.
  • Actively participate in coding (preferably using Flutter and Laravel).
  • Hire and structure a high-performing team of developers suited for e-commerce development.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle from planning to execution and timely delivery.
  • Review and optimize the existing codebase while implementing best practices.
  • Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical development.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and mentor the development team.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and quality checks.
  • Ensure implementation of security, performance, and scalability best practices.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and stakeholders as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software development.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a tech lead or project management role.
  • Previous experience hiring and managing development teams.
  • Proven experience in delivering e-commerce tech projects.
