Job Description

Markas Sabir Perfumes, a premium brand specializing in perfumes, bakhoor, and fragrances, is seeking a Creative Art Director to lead our social media content strategy. The ideal candidate will create visually compelling and engaging content aligned with our brand identity across all major platforms.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee creative concepts for social media aligned with brand identity and marketing goals.
  • Execute visual storytelling through photography, videography, graphics, and animations.
  • Plan, create, and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
  • Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, and content creators.
  • Ensure consistent branding and aesthetics across all social media channels.
  • Develop and implement campaigns and seasonal themes for product launches and promotions.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, design innovations, and best practices.
  • Coordinate with social media agencies (if applicable) for campaign execution.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop data-driven content strategies.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content for engagement and conversions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Art Director, Creative Director, or similar role focused on social media and digital content.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing work in digital marketing, preferably in lifestyle, beauty, fashion, or fragrance industries.
  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 0?2 years of experience (Junior to Mid-level applicants welcome).
  • Currently residing in Kuwait.
