Financial AdvisorRequirements•Hold a university degree in accounting, with no less than (15 years) of practical experience, or a specialized accounting diploma with no less than (10 years) of experience in addition to (10 years of practical experience) and hold a university degree in the same specialization.•The ability to develop strategic plans, improve overall performance, raise the efficiency of utilizing available resources, and adopt the latest means of innovation in financial foundations.•Enhancing the capabilities of distinguished cadres in the Ministry and training employees in their work.•He has practical experience in completing, reviewing and approving payment certificates after auditing them,directing and providing consultations in preparing budgets, auditing payments, liquidating contracts from a financial perspective, and resolving problems of payments and pending contracts.•Submitting an annual report to the sector head, including shortcomings in the financial sector and ways to address them.•He has sufficient experience and ability to respond to reports and deal with regulatory bodies (Audit Bureau, financial controllers, employment affairs).•Participation in membership of specialized committees and working groups.•Local hiring Article 18 (transferable Visa) & visa can also be provided•Only Arab NationalsJob Location: Sharq
