Bank reconciliations: Prepare and reconcile bank statements with agency accounts.
Profit and loss reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including profit and loss reports.
Customer and supplier accounts: Maintain accurate records of customer and supplier accounts, including payments, refunds, and balances.
Budgeting and forecasting: Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts for the agency.
Audit support: Provide documentation and support during audits, both internal and external.
Cash flow management: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the smooth operation of the business.
Expense tracking: Track and manage agency expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Payment processing: Handle airline ticket payments, refunds, and chargebacks with accuracy.
