Position SummaryThis position will be responsible for delivering digital solutions related to design management, construction management, logistics planning and Asset information handover workflows. This position reports to the project Lead Digital Delivery Manager and will be interfacing with Digital Delivery, GIS & BIM personnel to develop and implement 3D/4D/5D/6D solutions that integrate information and data between different systems/platforms related to visualizations, dashboards and reports.Key Responsibilities

• Integrate data & information across platforms for data re-use, dashboards and insights through solution development and implementation.
• Develop the Project Asset Information model to enable processes for the collection of Asset data and handover of Asset Information model to the Client.
• Establish processes and methodologies for using BIM models for visualization, animation, and work-planning (4D & AR/VR).
• Work with the cross-functional team to continually improve ways in which the project Information can be captured, integrated, visualized, and reported to drive efficiency in project delivery and handover.
• Leads and/or supports the deployment of innovative processes and methodologies.
• Coordinate closely with project Digital Delivery leads, GIS & BIM Managers in planning and executing work as an integrated team.

Qualifications And Skills Basic Qualifications:

• BS degree in Engineering, Architectural, Construction, Computer Science, or Information Management, from an accredited university, with at least 15+ years of relevant experience.

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in digital delivery/VDC & information management
• Advanced knowledge and experience using BIM processes to support Design Management, Construction Management and Asset Information Handover.
• Advanced knowledge and experience using Infraworks, Revit, AutoCad, Civil3D, Navisworks and related processes for managing and collaborating content within project shared/published CDE (BIM360/Aconex) and GIS platform
• Experience in use of Infraworks for federation and visualization of large model content, vehicle tracking, traffic simulation modeling and logistics planning.
• Experience with implementing 4D/5D/6D BIM solutions
• Experience with implementing AR/VR technologies to support project delivery.
• Experience with using PowerApps, PowerBI for Quality and Performance Dashboards/Reports
• Experience with Asset Information Modeling (Class Library) and Handover
• Experience with automation of model data compliance checking
• Strong technical writing skills (writing technical instructions, procedures, user guides etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of GIS, Sketchup, Rhino, and 3DS Max tools
• Experience in GeoBIM for integrating design models into GIS maps
• Experience with Twinmotion, Unity & Unreal Engine
• Knowledge of Oracle/SQL and other relational databases
• Experience in programming (C++ or python)
• Experience with using Dynamo & Forge
• Knowledge of technologies and industry standards available for ingesting IoT data
• Experience with Requirements Management and Assurance Processes & Tools
• Experience with developing strategy and implementation of Digital Twin
