Overview Position Strategy Manager Job Code Manager/Lead Division/Section Port/Sea Mobility Department Strategy Management Sector OXAGON/Sea Mobility Job Family Role Purpose The purpose of The Strategy Manager is to lead work for Port of NEOMs Strategy Management office. This would include rolling out and managing Business Planning for the port, converting strategic objectives into initiatives, monitoring these initiatives are manned and executed.Further, the person is expected to support or lead specific initiatives depending on background and requirements.Responsibilities KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES

  • Organize ports annual meeting structure and cadence.
  • Lead annual strategy workshop.
  • Lead work around converting strategic objectives into initiatives.
  • On a quarterly basis, review if ongoing initiatives is matching strategic objectives, and work with senior management team to launch new initiatives.
  • Lead ongoing weekly meetings with initiative owners, to understand status, risks and mitigation actions.
  • Review all initiatives, risks and actions across the organization, to establish common trends, and work with Head of strategy to escalate these issues to relevant parties.
  • Handle specific initiatives pending on experience.
  • Support organization and team around presentation,
  • Handle, structure and analyze data, making information easily available for both the commercial team and remaining port organization
Background, Skills & Qualifications Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to focus on longer-term objectives while dealing with ongoing issues.
  • Ability to convert information/desires into structured actions.
  • Structured and detailed orientated approach to tasks and analysis
  • Professional standard of knowledge for pricing and invoicing of services.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • General knowledge around construction, IT projects and operation
  • Experience dealing with stakeholders in GCC.
  • Previous experience from logistic and/or construction companies and KSA is considered a plus.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Arabic is considered a plus.
Qualifications
  • College/University degree
  • Experience from a top-tier consultancy house or large organizations strategy management office
  • Relevant years experience dealing with project management.
