Job Description

Position Strategic Partnerships Manager Job Code Reports to Strategic Partnerships Senior Manager Direct Reports NA Division/Section Strategic Partnership Department Government Engagement Sector Government Affairs Job Family Role Purpose To manage the relations and all operations between BE and assigned sectors, write, and edit letters, reports, and projects and to provide efficient, flexible, and proactive support to the Executive Director and Managers and to assist and provide cover for other members of the Strategic Partnerships Team. To respond to enquiries to and by the Executive Director and members of the Senior Management Team promptly, among other duties.Key Accountabilities & Activities Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting NEOM Sector to activate their strategies with government and international entities.
  • Liaise between government entities and relevant NEOM sectors and departments.
  • Lead special projects as communicated by the executive management.
  • Analyze requests received from government entities and make recommendations on the for the executive management.
  • Represent NEOM with national and international bodies to advocate for NEOMs interests.
  • Support on following up on special projects handed by G overnment Engagement Director
  • Following content requirements in terms of style and project specifications.
  • Revising content whenever requests changes.
  • Helping in creating a style guide or suggesting changes to ensure content is consistent and clear.
  • Prepares presentations for the departments management.
  • Writing and editing letters, reports, and projects In Arabic.
  • Meeting deadlines.
  • Suggests to the Director improvements in the internal department processes.
  • Participates in projects and initiatives beyond the day-to-day operational tasks and guidelines related to Government Affairs.
  • Preparing any follow-on action recommendation.
  • Communicate with other NEOM departments.
  • Provide the division manager with regular reports and statistics on the progress of the projects and partnerships
Background, Skills & Qualifications Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • Have an exceptional mastery of the Arabic language, including vocabulary and grammar.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English oral and writing.
  • Strong research skills.
  • Good project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable of Government stakeholder management.
  • Knowledgeable of Saudi and Middle East culture and history.
  • High standard of character and conduct.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Responsible, goal oriented and organized.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Pays strong attention to details and able to multitask.
  • Build and sustain effective communications with other roles involved in the project.
  • High flexibility, commitment, and accessibility.
