Our transformative programs are a driving force to achieving Vision 2030, as well as leading the world towards regenerative tourism.Join RSG and be part of the positive change for Saudi Arabia and the world.Job PurposeTo verify and ensure alignment of Red Sea Globals (RSG) project approved compliance and management systems to the Kingdoms environmental legislation, RSGs policies and procedures and best international industry practices.Job Responsibilities

• Conduct operational review workshops to ensure all operations aspects are covered in the OESMP (to avoid repeated submissions or corrections).
• Ensure implementation of the Operators OESMP and site compliance according to national and/or international environmental standards, regulations, and criteria, eg: ESIA and OESMP requirements and Operational Monitoring requirements have been implemented.
• Assist the national regulators for the site compliance inspections and providing the closeouts.
• Conducting daily site inspections with associated observation report to ensure corrective and preventive measures have been applied.
• Regular delivering of the trainings to the operators on operational compliance requirements
• Basic knowledge in the process and environmental monitoring requirements of Sewage Treatment Plants, Reverse Osmosis Plants, Integrated Waste Management Facility and the Power Generations.
• Undertake compliance activities to assess the operator performance (such as audits, root cause analyses, corrective action and close out reporting, follow up inspections, audit scheduling and logistics, etc.) as relevant to the Group Environmental Compliance Program requirements.
• Participating in the Operational Readiness Visits to ensure all OESMP compliance requirements are implemented on site prior to take over the asset to avoid/mitigate all potential environmental and social impacts.
• Review of operators daily, weekly, and monthly compliance monitoring reports as well as any exceedance/incident investigation and Root Cause Analysis reports.
• Ensure all monthly data analysis has been completed and provided to the team leads.

Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards and Reports

• Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely functional MIS statements and reports to meet corporate and functional requirements, policies, and standards.

Safety, Quality & Environment

• Apply safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.

Continuous Improvement

• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of departments systems, processes and practices considering international best practice, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.

Job RequirementsQualification and Experience

• Bachelors degree or professional equivalent in an applicable discipline (Environmental Planning, Environmental Science, Earth or Biological Science etc.)
• Minimum experience of 3 years in an Environmental based role with career progression to a management level.
