• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the companys overall goals and objectives.
• Oversee all aspects of IT project management, including scope definition, budget control, risk mitigation, and timely completion.
• Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Set and monitor departmental objectives, establish efficient team workflows, and define technology investments.
• Proactively identify and address potential IT risks, implementing timely and strategic solutions.
• Analyze IT systems performance and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and quality of service.
• Oversee major ICT projects across all phases, including infrastructure design, civil works, and implementation, ensuring adherence to deadlines and reporting any delays.
• Provide clear direction and motivation to the IT team, fostering a high-performing and results-oriented environment.
• Champion collaboration across the organization, fostering seamless integration of IT solutions with business needs.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of progressive experience in Information Technology infrastructure management, within a similar industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating IT teams in achieving departmental goals.
• In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance principles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to effectively influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Solid understanding of IT security principles and best practices.
• Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or a related field.

Additional Desired Skills:

• Experience in managing IT infrastructure for large-scale projects.
• Familiarity with specific ICT technologies like FTTH, PTT, and GSM (a plus).
• Experience with data center management and operations.
• Proven ability to develop and manage IT budgets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
