1. Manage technological survey based on IT strategies, goals, and objectives.
2. Finalize projects in accordance with contract durations.
3. Maintain quality of service by applying company standard.
4. Strives to improve technical and professional knowledge.
5. Make personal contribution to the team effort.
6. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and across disciplines.

1. Responsible for the comprehensive management of ICT network infrastructures.
2. Anticipates risks and suggest timely strategic solutions.
3. Understanding and managing changes to scope and budget.
4. Inspect systems and evaluate their outputs.
5. Overseeing and determining timelines for major ICT projects including civil works, ensuring meeting target dates and report delays.
6. Monitoring progress of the project.
7. Providing direction and keeping ICT staff motivated and focused.
8. Determine ICT plans, set and monitor departmental objectives, establishes team workflows, choose technology to invest in, and facilitate collaboration across the organization.
9. Responsible for one or more functional areas, such as ICT project network infrastructure design and implementation.

1. Solid background on construction industry or in a matching field specialized in ICT technology such as FTTH, PTT, GSM, etc.
2. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
3. Proficiency in technical management and data analysis.
4. Knowledge of ICT requirements within mega projects.
5. Excellent familiarity with project management, technical management & administration, analyzing information, informing others, staffing, problem solving, data center management, developing budgets, coordination, strategic planning, quality management.
6. BS in Management Information System, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or relevant courses.
7. 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, preferably within the industry
