  • Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow and notes to accounts
  • Coordinate and support monthly, quarterly, and annual close
  • Perform eliminating entries identification process to ensure that all intercompany account differences are identified, eliminated, and cleared in a timely and accurate manner
  • Research and resolve accounting issues and implementation of new accounting standards to ensure IFRS compliance
  • Provide the internal and external auditors with audit requirements on a timely basis
Required Experience
  • Minimum 3 or more years experience with real estate/construction or in a similar company
  • Working knowledge of financial closing and reporting
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly with MS Excel and Powerpoint
  • Previous experience with SAP is a plus
