Job Description

Key Responsibilies

  • Design, implement, and maintain security systems in NEOM
  • Conduct security assessments and risk assessments.
  • Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents.
  • Train security staff on security procedures and systems.
  • Stay up to date on the latest security technologies and trends.
  • Work with other departments to ensure the security of NEOM assets
  • Provide support, guidance and leadership for all physical security measures at the company to include access control, intrusion detection systems, CCTV and other physical security protection requirements.
Knowledge, Skills And ExperienceKnowledge of physical and information security concepts and principles.This includes understanding the different types of security threats, how to mitigate them, and the best practices for designing and implementing security systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. The ability to identify and resolve security issues quickly and efficiently is essential for a security systems lead.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Security systems often need to work with a variety of stakeholders, including security staff, IT staff, and management. They must be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with others to achieve common goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Security systems lead to the need to be able to communicate security risks and solutions to a variety of audiences, including technical and non-technical staff.
  • Attention to detail. Security systems leads must be able to pay attention to detail in order to identify and mitigate security threats.
  • Ability to work under pressure. Security systems often need to work under pressure, such as during a security incident. They must be able to stay calm and make sound decisions under these circumstances
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in computer engineering or computer Sciences.
  • Knowledge of project management tools/processes desirable i.e. WBS, Scheduling (MS projects), project lifecycle and reporting.
  • Communication skill
  • Writen and verbal English
