Job Description

Position Summary:NEOM is seeking an experienced Recruitment Lead to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting top talent to onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of recruitment experience and a proven track record of successfully filling a variety of positions, including technical and non-technical roles. You will play a crucial role in building a diverse and talented workforce that will contribute to NEOMs mission and vision.Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with NEOMs goals, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality candidates to meet current and future staffing needs.
  • Sourcing and Talent Acquisition: Identify and attract top-tier talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications and cultural fit for NEOM. Provide constructive feedback to hiring managers.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, provide guidance, and facilitate a seamless hiring process.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion in all aspects of recruitment, making sure NEOMs workforce reflects a wide range of backgrounds and perspectives.
  • Employer Branding: Continuously work to enhance NEOMs employer brand, both online and offline, to attract and retain top talent.
  • Offer Negotiation: Lead salary and benefits negotiation with candidates and ensure competitive and fair offers are made.
  • Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires, setting them up for success from day one.
  • Data and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and generate reports on key performance indicators to measure recruitment effectiveness.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all recruitment practices adhere to relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a proven track record in hiring for a variety of roles.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting tools and software.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A commitment to diversity and inclusion in hiring.
