Key Accountabilities & Activities

• Oversee and lead requirements discovery, solution design, business requirements gathering & writing, product development, and user acceptance testing.
• Perform requirements analysis and process engineering.
• Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.
• Partners with the stakeholders and cross-functional team to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.
• Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, use cases, workflows, business rules, and any artifacts needed to fulfill the product requirements document.
• Prioritizes and maintains the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders.
• Conduct any activity needed to cover the business requirements gathering, utilizing international techniques & global standards, and follow the best practices
• Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process.
• Set performance objectives, provide the necessary support, evaluate/appraise staff, and provide regular feedback on performance.

• A local professional with +5 years of experience building digital government services/ products as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, both in Arabic and English.
• Strong leadership skills and proven ability to simultaneously manage a wide number of different functional areas.
• Creativity and critical thinking skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid knowledge in the digitalization field, understating of emerging technologies.
• A proven ability to motivate staff and provide appropriate developmental opportunities that increase operational performance.
