They are what we believe, what customers can expect, and how we deliver.Project DescriptionNEOM Project Summary: Saudi Arabian Bechtel Company will provide executive project management consultancy services (including technical, commercial and construction management) for the development of certain defined aspects of the NEOM Infrastructure in the Kingdom of SaudiArabia. NEOM is a planned cross-border city in the Tabuk Province of northwestern Saudi Arabia. The site is near the Red Sea and the borders of Egypt, Israel and Jordan. It will cover a total area of 26,500 km2 (10,200 sq mi) and will extend 460 km along the coast of the Red Sea. NEOM will be the home and workplace to more than a million residents from around the world. It will include towns and cities, ports and enterprise zones, research centers, sports and entertainment venues, and tourist destinations. As a hub for innovation, entrepreneurs, business leaders and companies will come to research, incubate and commercialize new technologies and enterprises in groundbreaking ways.Role OverviewPerforms schedule development, maintenance, and monitoring activities, as directed Position Duties / ResponsibilitiesResponsible for assigned scheduling functions. Direct interface with management, and field teams as necessary for cost and schedule control monitoring, analysis and reportingProvides day-to-day support to project team, and detailed monitoring and analysis of project budgets, schedules and actuals. Interfaces with other members of the project team, customers and othersUpdates and maintains the project schedule data base informationProvides support to project financial reporting and trending functions and the invoice/billing review process as requiredProvides support to PC Supervisor as requestedSupervises other project controls engineers for specific focus areasIndependently provides financial, cost reporting, trending analysis and recommends corrective actionsResponsible for analysis, development and presentation of impact integration measuresBasic QualificationsBachelors Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Business ManagementMinimum Of 5 Years Of Project Controls ExperienceIntermediate level of proficiency in ExcelExperience in other areas of project controls (planning, scheduling, estimating, etc.)Good Command of P6 and Power BIShaping tomorrow togetherBechtel is one of the most respected global engineering, construction, and project management companies.
