The Manager will be responsible primarily for Financial Modelling. Working closely with the wider Corporate Finance team in putting together Financial Models which will mainly be used by banks/investors for financing the project or deal.The role holder will work with various businesses/consultants to gather the inputs and build financial models from scratch.In addition, the Manager will incorporate appropriate financing structures and additional functionalities in existing models received from sectors, regions, and project teams across NEOM.The Manager will also support the wider Corporate Finance team in the execution of debt financing processes across NEOM, from preparation of lender materials to negotiation of key terms and drafting documentation, through to financial close.Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
