SummaryAs a Cloud Infrastructure Architect at ENOWA, your role will be to leverage your technical knowledge across best practices, technologies, and industries in helping ENOWA utilizing the benefits of the cloud for positive business outcomes. You will have the opportunity to work with Oracle Infrastructure now and AWS, Microsoft Azure Google cloud later-on. DevOps, Big Data, IoT, and other cutting-edge teams and technologies - as well as a passionate group of experts who are driving digital transformation forward across a range of utilities industry. This role is also expected to provide expertise in infrastructure in general (on-prem) as well as Data center experience to build the future state of the art utility company.Key Accountabilities And ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will:

• Hands-On Experience with various platform & product deployment and automation
• In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes, K8s administration, devops, Linux Administration, Networking, Openstack/VMware (Cloud Computing), Databases, and CI/CD
• Experience with Cloud Native Platforms including Kubernetes, Docker
• Experience in deploying application in one of cloud environments like Oracle Cloud/Amazon AWS/Microsoft Azure/Google Cloud/VMware.
• 10+ years of experience and expertise in customer deployment and agile delivery models
• Knowledge of our commonly used tools/components/technologies in applications - Helm, Elastic search, Fluentd, Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus, Neo4j, Java, Istio, Calico, Cassandra, etc.
• Create a well-informed, in-depth cloud strategy and manage its adaptation process
• Organize and develop cloud systems.
• Closely work with IT security teams to monitor client cloud privacy
• Work closely with internal data teams and business intelligence partners to help design the next version of our infrastructure.
• Deal with technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide guidance and advice in infrastructure movement techniques, such as bulk application transfers to the cloud.
• Identify the best cloud architecture solutions for specific strategic business needs of client companies.
• Act the infrastructure SME and Cloud specialist

• Ability to convert business requirements to business processes and technical designs.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing.
• Adaptability and a willingness to learn new skills, technologies, and frameworks.
• Knowledge of various aspects of solution technology architecture like data, network, and security
• Understanding and knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies (such as waterfall, spiral, agile software development, rapid prototyping, incremental, synchronize and stabilize, and DevSecOps)
• Strong and knowledge of Networks, storage, VM, databases, and sys admin
• Excellent understanding of solution architecture and development methodologies, cloud computing and network architecture
• Experience with system security technologies (certificates, encryption, firewall, VPN, ).
• In-depth knowledge of current cloud computing technologies and trends
• Very good experience on Oracle cloud, any other cloud is a big plus
• Nice-to-Have Qualifications: Proficiency with Azure, AWS, Huawei, and Google Cloud technologies
• Ability to work with engineers in an in-and-out outsourced environment
• Ability to regularly learn and adopt new technology
• Leadership experience and ability to direct teams and manage their work.
• Excellent analytical, planning, organizational and technical and skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility to work in the relatively unstructured environment of a start-up.
• Very good written and spoken English, Arabic preferred

• Masters degree in Computer Science or related
• Experience in infrastructure architecture, storage, and cloud computing
• A thorough understanding of software development methodologies (Agile essential), values and procedures
• Strong IT Network experience
• 10 - 15 years experience
• Exhibit strong leadership and technical leadership skills.
• Comfortable working in an agile and/or scrum operational structure.
• Fluent in a variety of programming languages.
• Expertise with enterprise resource planning tasks.
• A natural collaborator
• Experience in utilities (renewable energy, water management, ) is a strong plus
