Bechtel will provide a full range of project management services to support the delivery of this iconic destination.We encourage you to watch this video which gives a glimpse at what we (you) are about to build! https://www.neom.com/en-us/regions/trojenaSummary Of ResponsibilitiesThe Architectural Field Engineer (Interior) is at the front-line of Bechtels project field operations on The Trojena Project responsible for overseeing multiple Contractor complete the design, construction, testing, and commissioning. Performs construction/engineering assignments of a varied nature requiring a full working knowledge of construction engineering practices and the exercise of professional judgment within the framework of broad guidelines provided by superiors. Ensures safe execution of the Works and compliance with the Method statement. The Architectural Field Engineer (Interior) reviews all quality assurance and health & safety documentation, and construction method statements and is then responsible for working with the Contractor to implement these practices on the construction site. The Architectural Field Engineer (Interior)will be capable of independently working with the Contractor whilst representing the Client on site, and shall be competent to read, assess and advise on interpreting design drawings and specifications, reviewing construction method statements, and proactively identify conflicts and critical interfaces between the disciplines.Essential Job Duties

• Works in the team that has the responsibility for construction oversight and compliance of contractors, ensuring works are carried out as per the drawings, specifications and standards, as per schedule and ensures compliance to ES&H plans, quality standards and local/national regulatory safety codes
• Monitor performance of the installation contractors, project status, schedule, cost control, change management systems
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, client, and other stakeholders involved in the project execution
• Input to ensure continuous construction work fronts availability through review of look ahead schedules, commodity charts, resource charts, engineering deliverables, material delivery schedules and any other service requirements including contractor submittals
• Ensures required permits and licenses are in place prior to the start of the specific work at site. Verifies compliance with Permit and License requirements and stipulations
• Responsible for a multi-functional team who will be reviewing and approving the contractors submittals, schedule acceptance, technical queries, Field change documents and other submittal documents including Drawings and As-Builts
• Ensure all materials and equipment on the site fully comply with international standard and technical specification requirements
• Ensure the closure of project is systematic and complete in all respects
• Maintains an effective relationship with client, stakeholders and other functional departments and coordinates all jobsite contractual activities

Qualifications, Experience, Job Knowledge, And Skill Set Requirements

• A recognized degree in bachelors or masters degree in architecture
• Shall have a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge of Architectural design pertaining to Interior Works, contracts administration and/or cost and scheduling relating to the construction of large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Computer literate in word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
• Awareness of environmental compliance laws and requirements.
• Awareness of government compliance standards.
• Familiarity with current industry quality standards
