This role plays a key part in ensuring service reliability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction while supporting the company?s strategic growth and sustainability objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations of the parcel locker network, including performance monitoring, SLA compliance, and device availabilitySupport the build-up and development of the local operations teamDefine, implement, and monitor KPIs for employees and network performance; conduct regular performance reviewsCoordinate with the service department, contractors, and logistics partners to ensure seamless operationsOptimize operational processes to reduce incident resolution time, lower maintenance costs, and improve overall efficiencyContribute to strategic network expansion planning, including new regions, partnerships, and optimal site selectionPrepare and present regular reports to senior management covering operational efficiency, financial indicators, and key metricsCandidate Requirements1?3 years of experience in operations management or related roles(experience in logistics, postal/courier services, retail, or e-commerce is a strong advantage)Language proficiency: English ? Upper Intermediate (B2), Arabic ? working proficiency, Russian ? fluentSolid understanding of operations management principles, including KPIs, SLAs, process design, and service standardsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisionsExcellent communication and negotiation skills when working with partners and contractorsProficiency in Excel / Google SheetsExperience with task management systems such as Jira, Trello, or Monday
