We are actively expanding our footprint in Saudi Arabia, with a focus on government, entertainment, and large-scale projects.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Business Development Consultant with proven experience in the Saudi market to lead charter and aviation business development activities. This role requires hands-on experience dealing with government entities, procurement cycles, tenders, and approved vendor processes, as well as an established network within KSA.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and close aircraft charter opportunities with Saudi government and semi-government entities.Manage end-to-end government procurement processes, including vendor registration, RFQs, tenders, and compliance requirements.Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers across ministries, authorities, entertainment entities, and major projects.Target entertainment, sports, and giga-projects requiring charter and aviation solutions.Act as PRFD?s commercial representative in the Saudi market.Coordinate internally to ensure compliant, competitive, and timely proposals.Provide market intelligence on upcoming tenders, projects, and charter demand.Mandatory RequirementsPrevious experience in aviation, aircraft charter, or a closely related high-value B2B sector.Proven track record dealing with Saudi government or semi-government entities.Direct experience managing procurement, tenders, and vendor approval processes in KSA.Existing relationships and connections within the Saudi market (government, authorities, entertainment, or large corporates).Strong understanding of how business is awarded within Saudi entities.Arabic (native or fluent) and professional English.Preferred ProfileExperience working with entertainment authorities, sports bodies, or major Saudi projects.Background with operators, charter brokers, aviation service providers, or defense related aviation services.Ability to operate independently and close high value deals.What We OfferCompetitive fixed salary (commensurate with experience).Performance-based commissions.Long-term growth role within a growing aviation group.Exposure to high-profile government and entertainment projects in Saudi Arabia.
