Job Title: Functional Analyst I (Only for Saudi Nationals)Location: RiyadhExperience: 6+ years overall (minimum 4 years in specialized functional roles)Role Overview:We are looking for a Functional Analyst I to provide subject matter expertise for business processes and application solutions across SAP and non-SAP environments. The role involves end-to-end functional solution planning, performance optimization, coordination with technical teams, and ensuring high-quality, secure implementations.Key Responsibilities:● Serve as SME for business cases, process design, and effort estimation● Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and system specifications● Plan and design end-to-end solutions for SAP and non-SAP applications● Support solution development, including application security, performance tuning, and interface design● Define system requirements, functional specifications, and integration interfaces● Coordinate with programmers and technical teams for solution implementation● Assist with QA and testing activities, troubleshooting complex issues● Identify fit-gap analysis, interdependencies, and potential impacts● Prepare and maintain functional documentation and process artifacts● Support ongoing production and enhancement activitiesTechnical & Domain Skills:● Strong understanding of application security, process design, and system support● Exposure to Google Cloud Platform and API management tools such as Apigee● Experience working with SAP and non-SAP application landscapes● Knowledge of database management, SQL/NoSQL, and integration best practicesRequired Qualifications & Experience:● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field● Minimum 6 years of IT experience, with at least 4 years in functional analysis roles● Proven experience in analysis and design of business applications for large-scale enterprise systems● Strong ability to create functional specifications, system documentation, and process artifacts● Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsPreferred Skills:● Experience in enterprise SAP integration and interface design● Experience collaborating with distributed and cross-functional teams● Familiarity with cloud-native and hybrid solution landscapes
