At 1200 employees our team have indeed grown significantly over the years and always on the look for innovative, talented & excited personnel to join its team and be part of its vision.Reporting- IT ManagerPosition Summary Nabina Group is looking for a well-seasoned ASP.Net developer with experience in Zoho CRM customization to join our IT team who are working on developing an in-house ERP system, candidates for this position MUST have worked previously for Zoho corporation and have experience in full stack development and can work independently on specific projects related business leads.Roles, Responsibilities & Accountabilities- Review the current business processes and customize ZOHO CRM interface to accommodate the requirement.- Create APIs to connect to the current ERP system- Create two way synchronization between ERP and Zoho CRM- Create restrictions based on the approval Matrix.- Modify the quoting an invoicing system in Zoho to match the requirement and company standards.- Work with business leads to understand their requirements and provide solutions to technical operations technicalities- Strong knowledge of the .NET framework (4.5 and higher)- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and SOLID design principles- Proficient in C# with good understanding of VB.NET- Proficient in ASP.NET MVC, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery- Experienced with front-end frameworks (AngularJS, Knockout, React, etc.)- Experience with SOAP and Restful Web Services (WCF, Web API)- Proficient in SQL Server 2012 and above, Transact SQL, stored procedures, triggers, DTS packages- Experience with Entity Framework and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks- Experience with applying design and architectural patterns- Familiar with TFS 2013 and higher- Experience in end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) project- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies- Experience with code review and evaluation- Good at understanding requirements and estimation- Good team player, have ability and willingness to mentor junior developers- Have passion for learning new technologies and enhancing existing skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Self-starter that can work well in a team environment- Proactive issue resolution with a positive attitude- Ability to adapt and respond in a rapidly evolving business environment- Understands solution at the project levelSkills- Must be able to complete a complex software lifecycle: scope, design, code, test and implement- 3 to 5 years hands on experience in ASP.NET Framework 3.5/ 4.0 /4.6, C#, ASP.Net, MVC, LINQ, Jquery, AJAX, APIs, Angular JS, SQL.- Strong background in building: secured, scalable, high-quality and high-performance web applications on the Microsoft technology stack. - Experience in Client side framework -JavaScript, jQuery, html, css etc.- Excellent technical expertise and experience in .net design patterns- Knowledge of ERP application development desiredComputer Knowledge- Please refer to education & Training SectionEducation & Training- Bachelor Degree or, in-lieu of degree, equivalent education, training and work-related experience- 7+ years of experience in the Microsoft technology stackLanguages- English Fluency is requiredOther Requirements- Candidates with background in ERP system development are a plus- Candidates involved in HR Functional analysis is a plus.
