Good salary and benefits will be offeredYour responsibilities would be:Help customer plan perfectly organized trips online, over the telephone or by emailIssue flight tickets, hotel reservations and other travel ;Keep up to date with travel trends, restrictions rules and regulations in the region.Requirements :Excellent communication skillsAt least 2 years of experience in ticketing and reservation role in IATA travel agency.Experience working with Amadeus /Sabre/Galileo GDS.An in-depth understanding of travel industry policies including faring, refunds, reissues and itinerary changes.
