Abacus Technology is seeking a Systems Administrator to provide technical support for AOC Weapons systems at Al Udeid AB. This is a full-time position.ResponsibilitiesProvide system administration for AOC C2 systems, including Theater Battle Management Core Systems (TBMCS). Perform technical support, O&M, and system administration tasks and activities for the TBMCS suite server, clients, and applications. Recommend courses of action to address any identified deficiencies or shortfalls. Update and maintain as-built systems/server configuration and connectivity drawings, diagrams and documentation, and publish semi-annually. Develop and submit a C2 Systems Administration Monthly Status Report.Qualifications2 years experience performing administrative maintenance on TBMCS servers operating at an AOC, SPO, or an AFCENT reviewed and CO approved equivalent. Bachelor s degree in a related field desired. Must be Security and MCSA certified. Experience with DoD systems. Significant MS Server operating systems and VMWare support experience is required. Significant experience with enterprise backup and SAN solutions. Familiarity with DevOps/Agile methodologies preferred. Experience providing application support for COTS and proprietary applications. Experience supporting both the client and server-side for enterprise systems. Must have experience with hands-on software and hardware troubleshooting. Must be customer service oriented and able to demonstrate strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities. Able to interact professionally with all levels of an organization.
