Abacus Technology is seeking a Systems Administrator to provide technical support for AOC Weapons systems at Al Udeid AB. This is a full-time position.ResponsibilitiesProvide system administration for AOC C2 systems. Perform technical support, O&M, and system administration tasks and activities for C2 communications servers, clients and applications, including but not limited to WAVE, CT-II, Mako, TransVerse/MXPP, etc. Update and maintain as-built systems/server configuration and connectivity drawings, diagrams and documentation, and publish semi-annually. Develop and submit a C2 Systems Administration Monthly Status Report.Qualifications2 years experience performing administrative maintenance on servers operating at an AOC, SPO, or an AFCENT reviewed and CO approved equivalent. Bachelor s degree in a related field desired. Must be Security certified. Must hold at least one of the following certifications: NetApp Certified Storage Associate-Hybrid Cloud (NSCA-HC); Cisco Certified Network Associate-Data Center (CCNA-Data Center); and/or VMWare Certified Associate (VCA). Experience with DoD systems. Significant MS Server operating systems and VMWare support experience is required. Significant experience with enterprise backup and SAN solutions. Familiarity with DevOps/Agile methodologies preferred. Experience providing application support for COTS and proprietary applications. Experience supporting both the client and server-side for enterprise systems. Must have experience with hands-on software and hardware troubleshooting. Must be customer service oriented and able to demonstrate strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities. Able to interact professionally with all levels of an organization.
