Job Purpose ?Provide technical expertise through oversight & guidance for offshore steel structure to Compression /Living /Flare platform(s) being proposed by Pre-FEED contractor and aligned with project objectives in meeting Company strategy.Key Job Accountabilities 1.Drives the timely review of all Pre-FEED Contractor Structures related deliverables.2.Reviews Pre-FEED contractor Structures related deliverables and is responsible for providing and coordinating Company comments for the associated discipline with focus on:(a)Design of Jackets/Piles during EPC to enable early fabrication/ installation(b)Compliance with design methods and safety factors, to be used in design of project(c)Systems and design ensuring correctness, compliance and operability(d)Effective Weight Measurement Plan and associated reporting to support accelerated design and early delivery of Jackets(e)Technical bid tabulations for purchase of structural steel and early Jacket fabrication/installation(f)Material manufacturing tests and Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) protocols and procedures.3.Supports the Mechanical Lead to ensure the Structures scope of supply is engineered, designed and integrated to the overall project design consistent with project requirements.4.Develop steel structures drawings as required and perform necessary calculations as per the applicable specification or codes along with computer analysis software like STAAD for onshore and SACS (or equivalent) for offshore.5.Provide technical support in all sessions of RCFA, RA, Inspection Program, Lifting studies and HAZOP.6.Liaise with consultants and represent Client to external agencies when required.
