Position Summary:Nabina Group is looking for a Specifications Executive who can work who has excellent technical knowledge in product specification with consultants and contractorsRoles, Responsibilities & Accountabilities:- Analyze project requirement and classification and list appropriate product classification with the consultant and contractor to ensure award.- Act as the point of contact between the company and the sales organization in order to ensure full customer satisfaction- Monitor all projects in the market and the status of each project in order to spearhead the specification process at the earliest of stages- Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects, evaluating and researching their company and analyzing their projects.- Keep positive relationship with customers, consultants and contractors to provide leverage over competition considering - Good listener and puts himself in the customer place when evaluating requirements and try to provide complete integrated solution- Approach cold leads to generate new business- Resolve customer complaints by coordinating with various departments- Proposes the best product and can challenge costumer requirement based on technical data related to product- Very good market knowledge and understand the sale life cycle process.- Commercial offer / Negotiation- Generate Enquiries through cold call- Order/Payment follow up- Sales Forecasting- Implement and maintain the company policy in the marketSkills- Self-motivated and have an ethical commitment to work - Knows technology, with broad understanding of CRM systems- Data driven decision making.- Go getter personality- Commitment to achieving targets- Good Selling skills- Customer service driven personality- Excellent communicator and can handle all kinds of customer behaviors- Good Interpersonal skills- Quick thinker, where he can understand how to integrate various products- Good in objection handling- Technical knowledge and can understand technical knowledge.- Organization skills
