Position Summary:Nabina Group is looking for a Sales Executive who can work towards customer satisfaction and understand the customer requirement. He/she will be responsible for sales of Hardware, Sanitary, Ceramic, Wood & other building material products. Ideal candidates should be self-motivated, have willingness to learn and have good interpersonal skills.Achieve objective for area of sales for given customer segment- Upsell products and services to increase volume of sales.- Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects, evaluating and researching their company and analyzing their projects- Evaluating requirements and try to provide complete integrated solution for customers- Study products and services thoroughly and provide technical insight to customers and product differentiators- Approach cold leads to generate new business- Resolve customer complaints by coordinating with various departments- Very good market knowledge and understand the sale life cycle process.- Create commercial offers based on customer requirements- Generate Enquiries through cold call- Follow up with orders and close deals- Adhere company policies and compliance requirements and protect company interests- Comply with Qatar laws and regulations to protect customer interestsSkills:Strong personality and understands how to drive sales.- Self-motivated and have an ethical commitment to work- Knows technology, with broad understanding of CRM systems- Data driven decision making.- Go getter personality- Commitment to achieving targets- Good Selling skills- Customer service driven personality- Excellent communicator and can handle all kinds of customer behaviors- Good Interpersonal skills and problem solver- Quick thinker, where he can understand how to integrate various products- Technical knowledge and can understand technical knowledge.
