?Operate and maintain all kitchen equipment and reporting of malfunctioning and coordinating maintenance calls.?Consults daily with Sous Chef and Executive chef on the daily requirements planned events and also about any last-minute events or large group reservations.?Ensure effective communication between staff by maintaining a secure and friendly working environment.?Guides and trains the subordinates daily to ensure high motivation and efficient working environment.?Assess quality control and adhere to all service standards and applicable laws concerning food safety.?Personally responsible for hygiene, safety and correct use of equipment and utensils.Job Requirements:High school diploma holder.Previous experience is preferred.Good communication skills.?Excellent interpersonal skills.
