We are looking for Property Evaluator (Real Estate) for Qatar.Responsibilities:Must be able to gather information that will affect the value of the property, including environmental factors, condition of the property and architectural design.? Candidate will be required to take photographs, take notes and prepare reports related to the property being appraised.? Collect and gather data, including government and public records, previous appraisal records of the property and current developments in the area.? Candidate must be knowledgeable about applicable principles of economics and business and is required to have thorough knowledge of statistical methodologies and analysis.? Candidate is expected to have knowledge of relevant assessment and appraisal principles, techniques and practices.? Ability to appraise various types of property, from residential to commercial, including properties with income potential.? Must be prepared and equipped to present and defend property appraisals based on the detailed information collected.
