We are looking for Project Engineer for Qatar.Responsibilities:'Contribute to Pre-Proposal activities under the leadership of Plant manager.? Gives input on the SWOT analysis, and formalizes with the team the strategy for the bid.? Makes sure that all tasks are addressed, and coordinated with other department and support services. ? Drives the process in order to targets the most competitive layout, technologies and process treatment lines.? Reports on all risks, and proposes mitigation strategies. Accountable for the preparation of the risk meetings.? Preparation of documents for proposal, or others assigned by the Plant Manager. -Must have good knowledge about QHSEEn/AM policy
