Job SummaryDirects and manages all Supply Chain processes for supply systems; Develops, formulates, and implements plans, programs, and policies to operate, manage, and administer current requirements determination and computation; allowances and authorizations; inventory and distribution control; reporting; stock fund preparation; operating budget preparation; and has responsibility to resolve program problem issues. Carries out all duties in accordance with DynCorp International ISO 9001 Quality and Safety Standards.Principal Accountabilities(Typical duties include the following, although specific duties vary by assignment or contract.)? Provides direction and guidance to the Supply Chain Organizations at all War Reserve Material (WRM) sites on the management and operations of their respective responsibilities. Ensures compliance with prescribed Department of Defense (DoD) and United States Air Force (USAF) directives and the provisions of the Performance Work Statement (PWS).? Ensures all WRM, Peacetime Operating Stock (POS), and government furnished assets are accurately accounted for, and adequately stored, secured and safeguarded.? Develops standard and integrated policies, procedures and reporting systems to ensure all Contractor work centers are providing effective and responsive supply support. Continuously seeks to improve the program's logistics policies and procedures.? Develops work standards for the supply management systems. Implements the precepts of quality assurance within the guidelines set forth in the ISO 9001 program. Ensures all work is completed to this quality standard.? Makes Staff Assistance visits to all sites to ensure the production goals are being accomplished and supported by the supply functions.? Coordinates resolution of logistics support issues with the client's functional representatives (i.e., AFCENT/LGS staff), and resolves logistics support issues impacting attainment of Harvest Falcon equipment, vehicles, AGE, TRAP, and Fuels Support Equipment production goals with the Deputy Program Manager.? Analyzes support trends and inspection reports, and implements corrective actions to resolve adverse trends and reports.? Develops and manages an annual operating budget in conjunction with the client and oversees the management of the Systems Support and Repairable Divisions of the USAF stock fund.? Assists the Management Information System (MIS) staff with integrating the Standard Base Supply System (SBSS) with other program systems.? Performs other duties as assigned by the Deputy Program Manager.Knowledge & Skills? Must be computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.Experience & Education? Bachelor s degree in Logistics Management or a minimum of 10 years' logistics and supply experience.? Must have performed duty in all Standard Base Supply System functional areas, and have had previous experience as a Chief of Supply and/or in Higher Headquarters supply functional staff positions.? US Secret Security Clearance required.? Maximo knowledge a plus.Physical Requirements/Working Environment? Works in normal office environment.? Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
